Sierras of Sherwood Park

The Board of Directors of the Sierras of Sherwood Park is pleased to provide a reference to Golden ZoneCleaning Corporation in regards to their contract cleaning service to our Condominium Corporation.

The Sierra’s of Sherwood Park is a 142 unit facility with several common areas including a swimming pool, guest suites, games area, craft room, and social room. Golden Zone is responsible for all common areas plus seven common area washrooms.

Particularly, we appreciate the attention to detail in keeping the building clean and fresh, and the efforts extended by Golden Zone to build a relationship with the Board and residents over the past eight years. The owner, Keith Schlichter, has exhibited a great deal of professionalism and is quick to respond to any cleaning challenges.

Golden Zone staff work on a checklist system with a series of daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Overall, the quality of work is excellent and, as noted, when cleaning problems arise they are addressed in a timely manner.

I currently use Golden Zone Cleaning for a large 170 unit Condominium complex that consists of 2 apartment buildings and 2 townhome buildings.

Golden Zone Cleaning has been our janitorial contractor since August 1, 2013. The staff are friendly and do a great job taking care of the building.

Whenever there is an emergency of something that needs to be cleaned up, I know I can count on Keith and his crew to go out and take care of whatever cleaning needs to be done.
