Wages – always the first thought

We obviously offer competitive wages — and usually above industry standards to start.

Extra Plan – bonus or blessing check

As we grow - you grow. The better we do - the better you do. The more we succeed - the more you succeed!

based upon a formula - days worked, hours worked, compliments, complaints, attitude, flexibility etc
Annually - we pay after our year end so you receive your Extra Check in October. Conditions apply in order to qualify for this bonus!

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE - we work with you to come up with the best possible schedule for us and you. Start and finish times can be adjusted according to what is happening in your life. Life happens, and work sometimes comes second to kids etc
TIME OFF - we have cleaners who can fill in for you if you need time off for those Life Things or Events - of course, you will have to fill in for others when they have their life things or events.
WORK QUESTIONS- questions on how to do clean something, which product to use, which technique is best - we will be there for you so that you can do the best job possible.
ON SITE ISSUES - we will support you, and help you through any issues that may come up.
